Yes, there are limits, and that is well beyond them :rotfl:A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

Well, to be honest I'd originally thought "what a lame idea", but I've come to realise that the street seems to be mainly (entirely?) female. This raises a few questions. I'll cover a polite one.
Who is going to do the BBQ?
I'm offering to move in to no.50. I'll stay out of the way, usually in my shed or down the pub, but will turn up on those sunny days to throw the odd garden party and ensure the sausages don't get turned into charcoal.
I'm more than capable of DIY etc but I see that someone's "Lovely Boy" at no.16 (I'm sure he loves that name :rotfl:) has been volunteered and that suits me fine.
(Oh and I can't promise not to be a bad influence on Mr "Lovely Boy"... got to help a man in distress and I'd guess he's in distress)
Well that's enough chat for a bloke so I'll see you around.0 -

I'll cover another necessary question - less polite!

Sorry Jonny we don't usually let her out on her own.
We are quite capable of doing our own barbecues....... but we do tend to forget the sausages once the Pimms comes out so you are welcome to be our cheffy chef.
No. 50's a surprising choice though - wouldn't have had you down as a thatched cottage kinda guy, but it is very pretty
Lovely Boy rarely ventures out, can't think why, but am sure he would love another shed to visitA positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0
