Sony Bravia TV NO Teletext on Freesat

Has anyone had this problem with a sony tv? After a bit of persistence I got it working on Freeview, but can't get it to work on freesat which is a shame as this means no i player! Tried the firmware update no change, tried factory reset no joy, tried complete reinstallation of channels still nothing, just a blank page 100! Thanks for any help.

I don't think that Sony has finalised it's deal with Freesat and iplayer yet, although I may be wrong.
You should check out the official site and follow the flow chart.

Yes they have, but that is not the point really. There is no text on freesat, which should be there regardless of iplayer.0
