we have paid a deposit to a third party to play 18 holes of golf at a Marriott Hotel, have dinner bed & breakfast, and play 18 holes the next day. We have been told the only tee time we can get on the first day, would only allow us to play 9 holes before the light fails. they cannot give an earlier tee time. can we get our deposit back because they cannot provide their part of the deal. there are 10 of us, and we have paid £35 each.

That'd be far too simple...Equaliser123 wrote: »Have you asked them?0 -
What hotel? The Dalmahoy?
What date? What time is tee off time and when is lighting up time?0 -
Was the deposit paid on the basis of booking a specific date, or is it that the Marriott can't offer the tee time you want on the date of your choosing i.e is it an open booking or was the whole deal booked for the date in question? That said, I agree with the other posters that asking them should be your first port of call...0
