I spent £10 in one of their stores yesterday and asked for my £5 skincare voucher for spending over £10. I was informed they didn't have any as they had run out. I contacted customer services this morning and the lady on the phone apologised and took my advantage card number. She promptly added 500 points (£5) which will appear when i next visit the advantage card machine.

Excellent as i can now spend the points on anything!

    Well that's great news aimee - the 500points are more flexible than the voucher as you can use them any time and for anything rather than just the skincare products on the voucher.

    Well done! Wonder if I should try this?
    I bought lots of things and used a £5 voucher although I didn't get another one even though my final spend was £11 ish. I think I should have done........

    I used to work for Boots so im confident in saying you should have had another voucher with your £11 final spend.
