I spent £10 in one of their stores yesterday and asked for my £5 skincare voucher for spending over £10. I was informed they didn't have any as they had run out. I contacted customer services this morning and the lady on the phone apologised and took my advantage card number. She promptly added 500 points (£5) which will appear when i next visit the advantage card machine.
Excellent as i can now spend the points on anything!

Well that's great news aimee - the 500points are more flexible than the voucher as you can use them any time and for anything rather than just the skincare products on the voucher.

I bought lots of things and used a £5 voucher although I didn't get another one even though my final spend was £11 ish. I think I should have done........0 -
I used to work for Boots so im confident in saying you should have had another voucher with your £11 final spend.0
