That tent doesn't seem to fit what you specified at the start.

As far as I can tell it only has 1 bedroom plus a living area.

TBH, I'd seriously reconsider the airbed full stop. You end up sleeping on a matress full of cold air- not a good plan.

I bought one a few months ago to use at Latitude festival It was excellent. Easy to erect, loads of room etc. Much better/bigger than the '4 man' that we used last year.

I needed a tent for 4 people around a similar budget. I was always told buy 1 or 2 man above what you need to fit everyone comfortably.

So you might want like me 5-6 man.

In the end I choose a Gelert Cadiz as its built like a quality tent I got it for £120 from purbeckoutdoors with free delivery.

I like the Gelert tents as they feel decent quality for the price.
