Lloyds success!!!!
Hi,
just want to thank everyone on the boards for their help in my PPI issues.
I have just had a letter from Lloyds claiming full responsibility for the charges they made from me. They will be refunding me all the PPI they took from me in accordance to the FOS, for both the cards!!
Historically I have no idea when they started charging me PPI, as I no longer have statements from before March 2001. I had the cards from about 1996 and probably started using them again sometime in 1998 in any "permanent" basis while at Uni (I had some major problems with my bank freezing my account regularly when my loan and grant went into my account which started my spiral into debt).
From March 2001 to August 2005 they took £345 for PPI on one card and £790 on the other. What can I expect to get from them?
Thanks again for everyones help so far. I wont believe it til I see the funds in my bank account!!
Edit: just noticed my appalling spelling mistakes!! Sorry a bit tired!

Congratulations.
All i'll say is dont rely on the money for the moment, it seems to be taking a while for people to actually get there hands on the money.0 -
Thanks BigCraigJohn. I definitely don't trust banks etc to give refunds in a timely manner so am always wary. Funny how quick they are on you to "pay up" for anything we do wrong... :PTotal debt at lightbulb moment (Jan 2010): £23410
