catering van business?

My dad wants to start one and has a plot in mind but we don't know much on how to start on with regards to licensing and such like. Are there any websites on starting this type of business? What Health and safety certificates etc do we need?

    Contact your local council and/or go to businesslink.gov.uk, and on the home page you'll see a list of options. Click on the last one in the list, 'Your type of business', and it'll take you through everything you need in relation to licences, etc.
