Webcam upgrade help pls

I've recently become rather fed up of the bog standard webcam I have Logitech Quickcam E2500.

Looking for something that can do reasonable msn video calls, and maybe music recordings and vlogs if I get brave enough.

Budget is £30, £40 at most, would like it to have on board mic.

Anyone seen any good deals online?

The quality of your video calls is directly proportional to how much bandwidth you have available (slow connection = crap quality with dropped frames, etc).

I have 10mb vigin media broadband, which I've never really had any problems with, so are you saying it may be better to upgrade my broadboand more than getting a different webcam?
