    I had an offer excepted at the end of April and my solicitor received the draft contract mid June, so took about 5 weeks

    A fair estimate if the solicitor is instructed on the day would be a week to issue contracts (that includes posting the papers to your client to complete, them returning them, then issuing the contract).

    Anything longer than that well....

    I know, panic mode :o I dont think Ive had a full nights sleep since April. Its actually 3:30 am as I type this.......
