When i go on the net its fine for about 45mins then everything slows down i close my browser and run cc cleaner startup browser again and its alot faster again!
I have tried lowering amount od temperory internet files but makes know diffrence any ideas why this keeps happening

what browser are you using and do you use a anit-virus, firewall and spyware remover and if so which ones.

It free to scan but at least it will show whats slowing you down.
This picks more viruses etc than adaware, AVG etc
Let me know what you find

bt/yahoo browser also run spybot adware windows defender and macfee security centre so antivirus wise and firewall wise i'm all up to date.0
