Hi - does anyone have any experience of disabled tickets at the SBE? Yesterday I heard of a pre-sale for a concert I desperately want to go to - general sale doesn't start till tomorrow. The pre-sale website said I'd need to contact the venue for disabled tickets. I did but they won't sell till tomorrow. I've now heard all tickets have gone!!
Does the SBE have separate availability for disabled tickets or have I missed out? I've never tried going to a concert since becoming disabled so have no idea how it works.
I'll be so upset if I've missed out.

Well - spent ages on the phone this morning cos I got Voicemail all the time... in the end left a message in desperation although I didn't expect a reply. They rang me back within a few minutes! Have now got one top price ticket with a free carers one, and they'll let us in 15 minutes before the doors open so we can choose our own seats:j

Well done you. But surely seats are reserved, so how can you choose your own?

No, it's unreserved seating - the girl on the phone said it's a free-for-all when the doors open! I think there are reserved seats in the stalls, but we'll be on Level One.
