Bath & Shower Seal Survey

Hi All

Just had the survey come back on the house we have made an offer on, on the survey report has stated that the bath and shower silicone seal has gone moudly, I know its a simple job to repair, but just worried about water leaking underneth causing damp, any toughts or experiences on this would be a great help.

Many thanks :)

    moudly simply means that.
    It doesn't mean it's leaking.

Why not ring the surveyor and clarify if it's leaking.
But moudly is not the same thing as a leak.

    Just mouldy isn't a problem.
Ask for a second viewing and check it out yourself.
