Broadband and phone down

Options
Hey my phone is with BT and broadband with Sky. The sky router is netgear instead of the lights going green they are sometimes going yellow so the net is down, and my phone is not working as its making that noise like when your microfilters are not installed however mines are perfectly installed, what could be wrong?

sounds like problems on your line if your telephone is effected as well do you know if BT have 'upgraded' you local exchange or done any work on it recently?

on a £100 shop you might on average get 70 items save
    10p per product = £7 a week ~ £28 a month
    20p per product = £14 a week ~ £56 a month
30p per product = £21 a week ~ £84 a month (or in other words one weeks shoping at the new price)

Way to test is to findd your master BT socket and remove the faceplate so you're plugged directly into the incomming line, if the problem is still there (trying with different cables/filters/phones to be certain) its BTs fault get them to fix it, if not its your internal wiring or connected equipment in which case BT won;t fix it and will charge you

get onto them and tell them to investigate and fix it for you

But if its their fault you dont pay. You have to make sure its not your filters or phone that is the problem before you call them out .
