Estate Agent not passed offer on

So annoying....just typed this and posted it only for it to disappear into a blackhole!!! So if you find these sentiments echoed in some strange forum, please ignore.

Well thanks for all your comments/advice. I still intend to contact the ex EA when she's back off her hols if only to find out what reaction she got from the "odd couple".

Anyway to move on (hopefully!) After our first viewing last night, they put in an offer this morning! Too low, but after a day of negotiation between all parties, we agreed and accepted an offer, just 2k below asking price. Result!! I know it's early days yet, but the communication to date has been excellent and hopefully this EA will maintain it throughout the whole process.

Starting to panic now, not because of the house sale, but because we are emigrating to southern Spain as soon as things are finalised! So much to organise. Need a glass of Rioja now....Viva Espana!!!!
