Anyone know the cooling off period for roko gym

Options
Could anyone tell me if they know the cooling off period for ROKO, I cant find anything on the contract. Is it law that a financial agreement must have a cooling off period. I left Fitness First to go to ROKO, I mainly go to classes but the studio at ROKO hardly has any air con its terrible. I dont want to be a member of a premium gym that cant even provide air con, I would rather stay at Fitness First. I wondered why hardly anyone went to the classes now I know why!

  • If they came unannoiunced to your home, you have a cooling off period.

If you went to their pad, you do not.

You only really benefit from a cooling off period if you signed away from their usual place or business or the agreement was made by distance.

If you signed the contract in the gym then as freddie says, you basically have no cooling off period.
You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride
