From their website:
What is your returns policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with your product, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.
Please note, with the exception of faulty merchandise, we cannot accept the return of items that have been opened or used, eg. pierced jewellery, cosmetics, CD's, DVD's, tapes or other recording media, software or videos if their seal is broken. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Where possible we will attempt to provide an exchange, however, as each auction is for a limited quantity of products this may not always be possible. In this instance a refund will be processed.
Refunds and exchanges will usually be processed within 14 days of our warehouse receiving the returned goods.
I would argue it. Have you emailed/written to them requesting the refund of your postage? I had a similar thing with play.com where i had to specifically ask for it in order to get it.You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0 -
I don't think there is any discrimination by them though. I thought if I cancelled an order within 7 days, which I did do, the supplier would have to refund the entire cost, including carriage.
I think he was poking fun. Hence the struck sentence. You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0 -
LOL!
I was not sure what that meant when the text is scored through!
I have had a Vodka tonight. Hic!
I have sent a message earlier in the week through their website. Their returns policy is clear. I just wanted the £7.95 delivery back!0 -
How did you pay for it? Debit/credit card? You may be able to action a chargeback BUT a) i would only do this if they refuse to refund the delivery charge and b) it may cause problems if they have already refunded the price of the item.
Ask them anyway. It may just be that they've forgotten or a genuine mistake. You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0 -
Hi. Visa Debit. I will wait and see what happens with my email. Thanks again for your advice. Will let you know what happens. Bye for now.:)0

I thought I would update this post with the outcome. After an email to them, they refunded the delivery charge as well. So the entire cost was refunded. Hopefully this post may help others in the future.
Thanks everyone for your assistance.0 -
