    No need to worry about it, I can appreciate that you would have been worried about your father when you were unable to get hold of him, I would have been the same. I am glad you have got the fault reported and you have been given a timescale to get the fault fixed. If you have any further problems with your fathers account as before just send me your details and I will gladly assist.
