Tesco's deleted my clubcard points

Dear All,

I have been shopping at tescos for over three years when recently I noticed that they deleted my all my clubcard points from my card. In the past I have occassionally spent the points, but otherwise they have been massing up. I bought some milk this week to find they'd all gone.

Looking through my file I found recent vouchers for about £30 which where never claimed. Do I have the right to these back?

Has anyone had any experience with them. I have the proof they've taken them without me spending the vouchers.

Every 2 or 3 months, the value of clubcard points is calculated and changed into vouchers which are mailed to the card holder. You've probably checked a receipt after the current value of vouchers has been calculated but before you've received the vouchers in the post.
Tesco will usually swap your vouchers for new ones if they go out of date, but I think there's a time limit.

Tescos dont delete your points. You accumulate points over each quarter, then they are converted into vouchers and are sent to you. For example, if you had 3000 points on your card at the end of April, you would have been sent £30 of vouchers mid May, and the balance of your clubcard would have dropped by 3000.

The vouchers are valid for 2 years, & can be spent in store or converted into deals via the clubcard website.

If you've lost the vouchers you can call tesco clubcard up and they will put all the points back onto your card for the next quarter

When they expire or if you lose them if you give them a call they will re-issue them and post them out to you in the next quarter.

The points accrue for a quarter then they are posted out and your statement re-sets
