Double Glazing Warranty

Hi all, I am after some advice on how I can force a double glazing company to honour the warranty on a door they fitted.

The door was fitted five years ago and took 3 attempts and 2 new doors, due to incompetence of the fitters and was sold with a 10 year insurance backed guarantee.

The door is a composite UPVC and timber door and is a Georgian Six panel style and the UPVC skin has started to crack in each of the panel corners.

I informed the company that supplied and fitted the door 12 weeks ago and I have chased them up by phone every week and I still do not have a date for replacement.

Any suggestions gratefully received.

Steve:(
