Washing machine help please

This Miele W5740 Washing Machine is probably the best on the market right now - but don't take my word for it, just read up about it online and you'll see. It costs a fair bit at £895 but it has a well sized 7kg load, performs very well and Miele products like this are built to last 20 years (so you will have spare parts available til that time). It comes with a number of useful wash programs and also features an 'automatic plus' program that will automatically adjust the water, spin speed and wash cycle to provide the best care for your garments while being efficient and saving you energy/money. It has more bells and whistles that I can talk about here, so I would recommend doing some research on this model and reading up on it to help you make your decision.
Thanks for the review, this one looks and sounds very good. The manufacturers details on the Miele website isn't great though, check this out:

Its got the machine down as being 6kg, not 7kg. Under promotion its got bother Y and N for the 5 year parts and labour, and on the main page for it it says 5 years not 10... And most of the details are displaying some stand in latin text.
I would how much the High Street sellers can knock off the price?SIMPLE SIMON - Met a pie man going to the fair. Said Simple Simon to the pie man, "What have you got there?" Said the pie man unto Simon, "Pies, you simpleton!"0 -

What the heck, I just checked that link and notice what you mean about the latin text thing, 'lorem ipsum' is just dummy text that webmasters usually use to fill up a page to help them visualize how a page will look, but I'm surprised to see the official Miele website using it like this and making the pages publicly accessible.
To my understanding that model has a 2 years parts and labour warranty and has a 7kg load, but I would recommend double checking that online, maybe the retailer sites that sell the model.Shin: a device for finding furniture in the dark.0 -
Definately a Bosch reasonably priced and reliable, I have a Maxx which has an elecronic display and you can pause the machine and open it if you forget to put something in, its a great, quiet machine and has far more facilities than the Miele did when I was checking out machines, certainly best value for money!!0

Dump the hotpoint from the list - had hell with mine, continually going wrong and replaced after a year - but continued to cause probs and in the end I gave up on it and Hotpoint.
AEG has been terrific0
