If I parked my car on your property and you asked me to move it and I refused how would you enforce it?

Personally i'd block your car in. Police wouldnt get involved as its a civil matter unless i criminally damaged your car :rotfl:

Either way, using force or threats to remove paying customers from your premises isnt exactly good business tactics.

You were the one that said there was a way of enforcing it.

"Of course there is a way of enforcing it."

    I asked how.

Asking me the same question does not provide the answer.

If I refused to move the car off your property then blocking it in would hardly rectify the situation would it?

Neither is letting people purchase a £2 burger and sit in the restaurant taking up space for three hours.

Just wondered why the insistence in using a silly font in all your posts?

It would when you eventually chose to leave and couldnt. We used to do this at a club i worked at when i was a student. People would park in the staff car park (which was closest to the doors for our safety - being we were the last to leave and it was pitch black).

Have to say, when they had to wait around a extra 1-2 hours for us to finish our shifts and locking up...........they didnt park in the staff car park again :):)
