Hi, has anyone heard of Kingsland please?
We've had a letter through the door today saying they are very interested in buying our house.
We are thinking of moving but never heard of this company, so has anyone any advice please?
They're based in Leeds and Manchester.

Their website is under construction which always sets off alarm bells.
Assuming they are KINGSLAND PROPERTY GROUP LIMITED of Lancashire (Reg Company 06654271) then their accounts are overdue and they are listed as "Active - Proposal to Strike off" which would suggest avoid at all costs.
If you do decide to contact them then the golden rule always is never, ever pay any fees up front.
Personally I wouldn't waste your time, throw the letter in the bin and contact several local estate agents.Every generation blames the one before...
