Training funding help
Comments

I have very little savings as I have been out of work for 13 months which is why I am asking about funding. I can't afford to pay monthly installments even if I put my very little savings which are left into it. I hate the fact I am asking about funding and believe it or not am a proud person and if I could pay for it trust me I really would. I feel I proved I am not a scrounge by paying for my level 3 even though I know if I looked hard enough there may have been funding for it. As I am out of employment there is even more need for me to keep building skills and qualifications and that is what I am trying to do. I am not someone sitting on their backside with no intention to work and not better themselves.
.
And that was obvious from your first post. I think most people would commend your initiative. It will undoubtedly pay off in the end.0 -
My point really is, as hard as it may seem, that there are people that work, support a family, don't have any savings and still manage to pay for their own training. This is not directly aimed as an attack on the OP, just simply a statement of fact.Don't lie, thieve, cheat or steal. The Government do not like the competition.

I'm sorry, I don't apologise. That's just the way I am. Homer (Simpson)0 -
Sounds like one to me ^
Rather tax goes to training someone than for a lot of other examples you may read in the paper...
OP has been unemployed for 13months, its not surprising he/she is reluctant to spend what liitle savings they have0 -
you might have a look here and see if anything is available for you.
Also contact your local college and speak with the advisor there and see what they can offer.
Sometimes if you are in receipt of an income based benefit you might get some help with funding even if it is only part of it.
Good luck to you.Mags - who loves shopping0
