Try getting a cheque book from Santander, I was without one for 2 months. So decided that if customer servive was so appalling I would move my accounts.0

Well, there's certainly no way you'll get £7500.
I was wondering about this myself as I spent, so far, 16 hours on letters, phone calls, visits to branches. I was thinking in terms of say £10/hour which wd be £160, plus actual costs of phone calls, recorded delivery letters, travel expenses.0
