Egg Card - adding external account?

Hope you can help with my query. I have my brother as an additional cardholder on my egg account and wish to add his bank details to make a one off payment when he uses the card. When I am logged in and go to 'accounts address book' I am only given the option of registering a debit card in my name. On checking their FAQ it says you can register details of friends & family under 'other accounts' but I'm damned if I can find that option. Any one point me in the right direction.

Could the 'other accounts' be only to pay money OUT of Egg as opposed to your brother paying money IN?

I know when you are SBTing you can choose any account to pay the money into, but not so sure about when you are making payments TO the card. It seems you can only make one-off payments using a debit card in your own name.

Can't your brother transfer money into your account for you to then transfer to Egg?

Obviously I could do that but it would be nice to keep it simple and be able to make a direct payment.
