frustrated with rss feeds pls help

I love this website, but it's seduced me into doing all sorts with my pc without the required technical expertise...!
despite hours and days of trying I still have no idea how of how to add feeds to the toolbar.
I've done a search on the advice already here but still clueless.

I've just started using firefox and got sage extension. 'BBC news' and 'mozilla add-ons' feeds are already on the toolbar (I didn't put them there) and also in sage & I want to add mse / ebay - been on ebay clicked on the lead but not sure where to paste the url.

    You're lucky
    Sage it is very easy.
You go to a page you know has a feed listed and then click the magnifying glass icon.

    E.g
    • Go to this page that lists all the mse feeds.
    • Open ths sage sidebar. and click the magnifying glass
    • It will discover the 72 feeds listed on that page.
    • Just click the ones you want and click 'add' (You can hover over the partial title to see the full title)
You can do this on any page on the internet. If an orange icon is listed on the page you don't need to copy and paste it - just click the magnify glass and Sage'll find it

    :)

    bits of paper? :D

Sage is really easy. Anything else and you'd be copying and pasting.

Luckily I'm using the next versions of Firefox and when I click on a feed it gives me the option to immediatelly add it to my favourite reader.
