Anybody know how to connect an external FM aerial to a small bedside FM radio which only has a wire aerial? and no external aerial connection.
FM radio reception is poor in my area so need an external aerial.
I need a circuit to match the wire aerials input to a co-axial cable one.

soldering the existing cable to a antenna would probably work, not that I can see it improving the signal very much.Scottish proverb - "Never drink whisky with water and never drink water without whisky"0
