is this hitachi plasma any good??

Argos currently have as a price drop,an Hitachi 42" plasma tv.Item 536 2231.Its dropped from £1500 to £1000.Can anyone tell me whether this tv is any good or not,is it really a £1500 telly or just an overpriced one.The spec list on the argos site doesn't say whether it has picture in picture or most importantly whether it has any hdmi connections.It also doesn't appear to be on hitachi's own site.Opinions greatly appreciated please.

its not a 1.5k telly specs ok, but think there's better for the money.

Do you need PIP? You have to ask yourself wether you are ever going to use these sorts of features

The PIP is a necessary feature and will definately be used by my kids.Can you please advise and point me in the direction of the better for the money ones you mention.
