Tiara Park Atlantic Lisbon hotel - any better?

Hi Guys,
I am about to book a hotel for 3 nights in Lisbon. I have seen the Tiara Park Hotel on good offer especially for a 5* hotel. Does anybody know if the location is good?
Also can anyone recommend a better hotel for a similar price? (Been quoted £245 for 3 nights, no breakfast).

I recommend the Heritage Avenida Liberdade. Might be a bit more expensive but its a lovely hotel.0

Were going end of August for 3 days then down to the Algarve!
Hotel looks nice but over £65 more... Is the Tiara Park in a good location?
