House Surveys etc

My mom is buying a bungalow which we think is around 25ish years old. Kitchen and bathroom are not too good (bit dated etc) but rest of bungalow looks relatively OK. She wants a good survey which will include central heating system and electrics. What should we ask for?

Even if you went for a structural survey, the surveyor would recommend you get a CORGI expert and an electrician in to check the relevant bits.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards.
