Webcam software

I have a dell inspiron 1545 laptop and i have just re-installed vista on it. But i cant seem to find the compatible version for dell webcam central software.

The webcam is working though, it works on skype and msn.

Ss is there an alternative software to dell webcam software that will enable me to take pictures and recordings?

All of the software (and system drivers) that came with your laptop can be obtained from the Dell website.

On the downloads page for my laptop, only the drivers are there. I cant seem to find any software.

45 files at that location, labelled as follows...

System Utilities (2)

The descriptions aren't that informative, but I'll hazard a guess that the software you want is under either Applications or System Utilities.
