Weekly email on blackberry full of html tags

Hi there,
The email that gets sent every week does not display properly on my blackberry 9700 - it comes through as HTML code. Can someone let me know:
1) If there are any settings on the blackberry I can change to make it work (other HTML emails come through fine)
2) How I can communicate with the MSE staff to let them know - I'd be happy to test and provide thorough feedback.
I am sure I am not the only blackberry user that must face this problem.
