UK Seller Probably Isn't

Being a fan of Mitsuoka cars I was looking at this auction. But I had a look ar the seller's shop and it seems full of items not normally available in the UK.
Other factors like feedback and links to the non-UK owned qtla.com would seem to back up these suspicions. Is it me, or is this seller really abroad?

The seller is probably in the UK but he gets some items drop shipped from Asia. Feedback looks good in the last 8 months - cleaned his act up?

I don't know, but I once bought some Yu-Gi-Oh! cards on my son's behalf which were listed as being in the UK, but sent from the USA. Unfortunately the envelope arrived empty, with a slit cut in one end.
