If you have a blue disabled parking badge you can park under the stadium.
I spoke to the club last season about access for a disabled fan and found them to be very helpful.

Hi,I am going to the Emirates Cup on August 1st,I am taking my wife,who has bad arthritis,she cannot get on buses tubes etc so will have to drive,does anybody know where I could park near to the stadium?Thanks very much in advance.

Have you tried calling club .... but I would also expect that there are plenty of car parking sites close to the ground - of course they will charge - maybe £10+ ... have you looked on an Arsenal supporters forum ... asked there??

Pay and display is near by, but how quickly it fills on match day is questionable. I'd say you'd need to get the tube at least one stop though.0

There are quite of few of these around. The only thing you would have to watch is that the roads very near to the stadium are closed to traffic before and after the game. So you would have to drop off at the ground in plenty of time and have to wait a bit afterwards to pick up again.0
