Does right clicking Malwarebytes then running as admin work?
Alternatively try SHIFT key as well as the RIGHT clicking then running as admin.
Do these work?
Also I assume malwarebytes is already downloaded and on the desktop although not installed?
If not, I'm sure alienRIK will reply.0 -
Run fixexe.reg
http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/reg/antivirus-vista-2010/FixExe.reg
Download HostsXpert
http://www.softpedia.com/progDownload/Hoster-Download-27041.html
and then follow the below steps.
* Unzip HostsXpert.zip
* It will create a folder named HostsXpert in whatever folder you extract it to.
* Run HostsXpert.exe by double clicking on it.
* click the Make Writeable? button.
* click Restore Microsoft's Hosts File and then click OK.
* Click the X to exit the program

Well you can if you wish
As for explorer ~
Bring up TASK MANGER (ctrl+alt+del) and select RUN
and put in 'explorer.exe':idea:0 -

Can you catch the name of the Spanish programme/malware? Long shot but...0

Reboot and kepp clicking F8 to go into SAFE MODE WITH NETWORKING
Try again
If still no good then your probably going to need to bring up TASK MANAGER and physically stop whatever .exe file is stopping you:idea:0 -
