Jackpotjoy bingo/Firefox/McAfee - help needed

Would really appreciate some advice on this problem. I'm having a nightmare:mad: trying to play a nice relaxing game of bingo but I'm having so many problems, relaxation is the last thing I'm achiving. The problems with Jackpotjoy have actually increased since I've moved to Firefox. Can play other games on site without too much trouble but playing bingo is a no no. Keeps telling me having problems connecting to server and to check firewall and ports 5527. Don't understand why I can play some games but not the bingo.Can anyone tell me in simple terms what I need to do? Thanks in advance for any help.
