Ikea - Please help

Hello all, thanks in advance.
I purchased a sofa bed from Ikea a couple of days ago. My boyfriend has put it up tonight but there is a problem with it.
Whilst putting the legs on the sofa my boyfriend noticed that the silver lining (inside the hole that the screw goes into) was much further back on one of the four corners. My boyfriend tried to pull it forward with a screwdriver but the silver lining then fell into the sofa arm so we can't get it back - without cutting it all open
.
The screw wouldnt have held the leg in place because the silver lining was too far in.
Now what do we do?! Do we take the whole thing apart and take it to Ikea!?
Thanks everyone

Ring first, they must get thousands of people with missing screws etc so they may be able to just send a new "silver bit" to you in the post, if not dismantle and return it.Back by no demand whatsoever.0
