Am I right in being suspisous?

Above is a link selling the ebook of The Da Vinci Code for only 99p, and whereas I can't say wether or not he has the right to actually sell the book... I'm fairly sure he's ripped his auction code from http://www.1st-for-eBooks.co.nr

I've emailed the shop as a precaution, but I'd like to know what you think :)

    clearly states you are buying an E book, not an actual paper book!.

    chances are its a bootleg copy
    money saving my @rse.
    I've spent 10x as much as I would if I had never discovered this website :-)

    i think you will find they are infringing copyright issues,

    I have reported these type of auctions before.

    i would suggest you avoid it and report it

    All you've done is send an email to the person that placed the auction since they are one and the same person. (who appears to be running a legitimate business)

    Try clicking on the "about me" icon on the eBay auction page.

    It's the "me" symbol after the userid and feedback score - ie. mattparkers (52*) me
