can I freeze flapjacks

Options
Afternoon everyone. I am in a baking mood and have just made a banana and walnut loaf and some banana flapjacks. I know I can freeze the banana loaf but can someone tell me the best way to store it please and also can I freeze the flapjacks if so again how best to store them. Also how long do they keep fresh for in a box.

Loats of questions. Thanks in advance

I tried freezing it once and they went awful (was only plain flapjack aswell) personally wouldn't recommend it

  • i always freeze mine.. i make a huge batch in one go and wrap about 4 in tin foil and then i put them in a freezer bag, i never freeze them in big batches or they stick together. it works with plain or i make sultana, sesame seed (whatever) i use honey and not syrup, maybe it makes a difference- i dont know.......
