    I will be in the Alsace on the german border for a couple of days soon. The Coop Alsace apparantley is cheap as it had to compete against cheaper products in germany! Can anyone say wether it will be cheaper to nip over the border for food shopping? Thanks.

    I too found the food shopping last summer in France was extremely high compared to previous years.
