VLC Media Player will do this.Just right click while watching the vid and and click on screenshot at the part you want.0

most dvd player software such as powerdvd allow you to capture stills from the video you are watching by clicking on snapshot or as above just look around your playing software and see if you can find it.Sometimes i surprise myself by being right.0
