Where are these figures pulled fom? I went through EBICO last year who found me the cheapest pe-paid. £7-10 in the summer weekly, £15 in the winter (November- February). Thats £500 a year, if its cold through to April its still only another £135 which is £635. That gives me another £365 to play around with to pay the cheapest billed online tariff!0

The figures are probably based on the average standard consumption of 20,500kwh for gas and 3,300 kwh for electricity.
You would need to compare your yearly consumption in kwh's not £'s0
