Where are these figures pulled fom? I went through EBICO last year who found me the cheapest pe-paid. £7-10 in the summer weekly, £15 in the winter (November- February). Thats £500 a year, if its cold through to April its still only another £135 which is £635. That gives me another £365 to play around with to pay the cheapest billed online tariff!
