Help! Need to sell home fast!

Just found out I am pregnant and I need to sell my one bedroomed flat asap we already have a daughter so things are a little cramped to say the least the council will not help us as we own our own home but we cannot afford to sell it as the fee's are just to high does anyone have any advice on how we can get around this problem

Hi, I'm a little confused by your post. So you need to sell fast, but without paying any fees? Is it that you have no cash to pay for things, or no equity in your property?I'm an estate agent. :j0

Please define 'too high' for us, and bear in mind that the lion's share of the bill will be deducted at time of sale, and isn't payable in advance.....0
