Can someone have a look at that website that tells you when houses have come on and gone off the market for me? The house is 4 Granoe Close CV3 5GZ?? Not 100% about the postcode.

It was a property we wanted but had to let go and it sold recently but now the board has gone just wondering if it has sold or what?

Is there a website called property bee or some such? I can't get it on my Mac (lack of technical knowledge). It tells you all the bought sold bought again info...

If its only sold stc then the info you are after - the sold price - wont be available yet. I think the website you are after is Zoopla

If its sold STC then it hasn't exchanged or completed yet, its just that the owner has selected their buyer.

Give it two or three months and check again to see what they accepted - nethouseprices.com updates quickly I think.

Weird. I followed the link and property bee told me initial entry found 22 July 2010?!

Looks like it changed agents. On with Brian Holt until 15 July, now on with Connells. Although it could just be two very similar-looking houses/a coincidence.
