How to post pics in posts..

Firstly, apologies if this is posted in the wrong forum (I was going to post it in the grab-it section, but thought it a bit early in the day to wind people up ).
So, how do I post photos into my forum posts?? Have been here a while and feel it has reached the time that I learn how to do it (also, I need to post a question on another board that requires pics!)

You need to upload the picture to a hosting site such as imageshack.
Here:-http://imageshack.us/
Then you use the link that they give you.
When you're writing your post there's an icon that looks like a postcard, that's the one to use for your link.
