You can always do the ping test its the most quick and simple. But you can also buy a silver testing kit very cheap.0

You can buy an acid silver testing kit for 19.99. You just dab a bit on with a brush if its clear its pure silver. If there is a reaction then its not.
The only problem is this only tests the surface. It could have lead or something on the inside. That`s why the ping test is foolproof.
If it`s a coin you are testing place it on the tip of your finger and tap it with another coin. You get a high pitch ping from fine silver.
If it`s a bar you are testing put it in a tesco type shopping bag and tap it with a very small hammer. You get a lovely high tingggggg if it`s 999 pure.0 -
