TV needs to rotate

A friend of mine has an elderly mum (over 100!) in a home. The mum needs something to put her TV on which will allow it to swivel, so she can watch it from either end of a long room. A wall bracket is NOT what she wants, and wouldn't be allowed by the home in any case. What she needs is something like a strong 'lazy susan' that she can put the TV on, on a table.
The best idea the friend's come up with so far is an old wind-up gramaphone, but surely there's some MSE solution which is more elegant than this?
Any ideas? TIA!

I bought some of these from the pound shop for my PC monitors. Look just like the pic from the Nice Englishman but 25mm diameter. OK for TV up to about 18"0

Question for NE. How do you do those neat links?0

IKEA used to do several to match various furniture ranges but afraid I haven't got a current catalogue, so don't know if they still do them.0

You are all stars! I'm expecting my friend any moment and I'm sure she won't be able to believe all these replies (She is a total Luddite but I may convert her to using the internet yet, mwhah mwhah!)
P.S. Apologies for the fact my fingers can't spell gramophone!Ex board guide. Signature now changed (if you know, you know).0
