Santander cancelled one card & sent the next two to the wrong country!

Called and cancelled two bank cards this morning after spending 5 minutes answering security questions for them to then cancel the wrong card from my third account!
Last bank holiday of the year and don't want to take loads of money out to carry on me because I don't live in the nicest area.
Is it worth complaining or will I not get anywhere with it?
Also can't pay any of my bills online now because have no bank cards. Let me know what you think please!
Not happy at all, I'm starting to find Santander a complete waste of time.

So why did they put a stolen marker on the original card?

Did you have any problems at a retailer around that time? Did a shop clerk make any phone calls while you were making a transaction?

this bank gets on my nerve, I would leave them if they done those things to me right there on the spot..trust me..but every time I moan they sort me out straight away
