IPOD Synch Question

I have searched but I can't see my exact question in earlier answers...
I have an iPOD Touch which I synched with my windows laptop. I changed my laptop to an iMAC and when I go to synch my iPOD it says it will delete all my music from my iPOD as I can synch only with one itunes. I am happy to synch with just my new iMAC but I want to transfer my music from my Touch to my iTunes as I don't want to have to re-create my playlists etc...
Any suggestions?
