I've looked at Renting - dead money
, have looked at Shared ownership, but not been in a job long enough to get a mortgage, and although I could afford the mortgage on the 50% share or whatever plus the bills, paying rent ASWELL would be too much of a stretch.
Where would I find out about repossessions?
The thing is there are people that can afford moer than me so obviously they're going to get most of the properties at auction etc. The only flats that i could afford outright locally are 'cash only' purchases to attract investers which I think is very unfair. Wonder if my parents would secure a 'loan' ontheir house so I could be a 'cash' buyer...????!!!!0 -
